Add Ruby eol information.

Recently Ruby 3.2 has reached end-of-life. rv main thing is manage ruby versions, so I think it would be nice to add a warning about it. I mean we can:

• Warn about installing a not supported Ruby version.
• Warn about soon eol of a ruby version. Ex: "Ruby 3.3 will lose support soon, try to upgrade to a new version."

We can request data from https://endoflife.date API. Also, It would be nice to have this information in the rv ruby list command.

I really like this idea! Maybe if already EOL we can show the EOL date, but if not yet EOL we can show "10 months left" or something like that?
