Compatibility with Elasticsearch 2.x

Hi,

we would like to upgrade to Elasticsearch 2.x. We use the Graphite-Plugin to monitor our cluster.

There seem to be a lot of changes regarding statistics in Elasticsearch 2.x. So changes aren't trivial.
Especially if one wants to keep the graphite paths compatible.

Will there be a new version in the near future?

I'm sorry, I can't do it due to time constrains, but I am happy to mentor pull requests (especially switching to the es test infra, while upgrading to 2.0)...

maybe @blakesmith has some free circles? :-)

Currently the tests are broken, but the plugin really works with ES 2.2.
I keep you informed until a Pull Request can be done.
