Description

This PR introduces new release changes for splunk-operator 2.8.1

Key Changes

  • olm.maxOpenshiftVersion bumped to 4.19
  • default Splunk Version bumped to 9.4.3

Testing and Verification

Integration + smoke + Helm tests finished on a prerelease PR

There is a reference to 2.8.0 in the AppFramework doc as well that should be updated: https://github.com/splunk/splunk-operator/blob/main/docs/AppFramework.md?plain=1#L677.
