Replace unreliable automatic Pages deployment from /docs folder with a proper GitHub Actions workflow using the modern deployment approach (configure-pages, upload-pages-artifact, deploy-pages). - Triggers on pushes to main that modify docs/ - Supports manual workflow_dispatch triggering - Uses proper concurrency controls to prevent deployment conflicts
