Shows a nicely designed popup with version info and changelog when a new version is available. The popup appears automatically on app startup if an update exists, with options to download DMG/ZIP or dismiss for later.
- Increased scroll area from maxHeight 300 to minHeight 250/maxHeight 400 - Added visible scroll indicators to show more content is available
