- Move title from annotations to be a direct attribute of @mcptool
- Establish clear title precedence: title > annotations.title > name > method name
- Update all provider implementations (Sync/Async) to handle new title attribute
- Add comprehensive test coverage for title functionality
- Update README with examples and documentation for the new title attribute
