Fix gradle bootRun AOT documentation

What is documented here does not enable the AOT mode as expected:

Instead of documenting:

./gradlew bootRun -PspringAot=true
./gradlew check -PspringAot=true

We should probably advise to configure a system property as documented here. That will be consistent with Maven side.
