Remove default temperature option from the models #5021
Description
Way back in the start of Spring AI I set the default temperature to 0.7, this was a mistake. The value should not be set explicitly and the default value of the vendor used. This only surfaced as an issue when some models did not accept a temperature value of 0.7.
Update the docs on 'upgrading to 2.0.0.M1' so users are aware that this may change their program's behavior.
