Remove support for Spring Session Data MongoDB

During the transitionary period, support for Spring Session Data MongoDB needs to be removed. The expectation is that it will be provided in the future by the MongoDB team.

I've updated start.spring.io to mark it available until (including) Boot 4.0.0-M3.
