Configuration metadata changelog does not list properties that were added as deprecated

We have this use case with the new `spring-boot-jackson2` module. Those keys didn't exist and we added them in the target, but they are deprecated. Because of the latter, they don't show up at all in the changelog. 

They're not really deprecated in that release so we probably need a new section for those.
