Generate individual modules' javadoc jars without web fonts

The web fonts weigh in at about 4MB, leaving us, in some cases, with -sources jars that are ~20KB and -javadoc jars that are over 4MB. The fonts add very little for the individual modules' javadoc so we should use --no-fonts when generating the javadoc.
