RepositoryConfigurationDelegate should provide factoryBeanObjectType as Class instead of String.

Currently RepositoryConfigurationDelegate sets the BeanDefinition attribute for factoryBeanObjectType for the target repository interface as String though it should be a Class.
This prevents container optimizations from being applied.
