Expose Cache statistics. [DATAREDIS-386]

We should add support for exposing cache statistics for RedisCache that can be picked by Spring Boot Actuator.

The exposed statistics should include:

• number of cache hit
• number of cache misses
• number of entries

Spring Boot has a cache story now with an integration with Redis and this improvement would help us to align all providers. Currently, Redis is the only one not exposing some cache stats.

I authored a naive implementation that works well for a single node cluster, here: https://gist.github.com/v-cphillipson/92a1729a2cfec1d20315769173c35a67. It lacks size metric (i.e., total entries in cache).

Maybe someone could provide me with some guidance as to how to enhance to support multi-node clusters?

Redis provides some basic stats via the INFO command. Still those are only very high level numbers not necessarily having to do anything with the stats of an actual Cache. keyspace_hits / keyspace_misses represent the whole node not necessarily a single Cache. Same applies to the number keys available.
Using the Redis instance for more than just caching would wishy-wash the stats even more.
The workaround would be keeping track of stats within a sperate structure within Redis reducing performance and issuing inconsitencies once cache entries start to expire
