Deprecate TransactionCallbackWithoutResult #35606
Description
Even if still used in older infrastructure code, we should deprecate TransactionCallbackWithoutResult in favor of TransactionOperations#executeWithoutResult(Consumer) (which got introduced in 5.2) for application-level purposes.
