Just curiosity about the new copyright header format

There was a recent change on the copyright header format.
I'm interested in those changes since it looks nice since we don't need to change it since it's been made.
Just I want to know if there was more insight on this change or some legal advices of any form.

There is no specific insight. From our perspective copyright is retained and we rolled that change on all Spring projects.
