Move the "Groovy Bean Definition DSL" section to the Groovy page

As a follow-up of #35719 which removes the "Dynamic Language Support", it makes sense to move the "Groovy Bean Definition DSL" section to the Groovy page. That will also help upcoming documentation modernization efforts related to #35446.
