Allow ConnectionAdapter to create an extended Connection #1343
Description
As seen in #1274, the Cursor Connections Specification allows for the extension of the *Connection type in the schema by adding more fields. Right now Spring for GraphQL does not allow this use case as the ConnectionFieldTypeVisitor instantiates a DefaultConnection in all cases.
We could consider new contracts in the ConnectionAdapter to help with this.
