Add `RequiredFactor.Builder.<factor-name>Authority()`

This makes the factor based authorizes more discoverable. For example, the following can be used:

```java
AuthorizationManagerFactories.multiFactor()
			.requireFactor( (factor) -> factor
				.passwordAuthority()
				.validDuration(Duration.ofMinutes(30))
			)
```
