Small hardening release, no new features.

• IS_CHECK_INSTALLATION_PAGE_ENABLED now defaults to false (was true). Every other capability in this package requires explicit registration — plugins, routes, the permission itself — so a diagnostic route being on by default unless a project remembered to turn it off in production was the one inconsistent exception. It matches Spryker core's own idiom too: Spryker\Shared\WebProfiler\WebProfilerConstants::IS_WEB_PROFILER_ENABLED defaults to false the same way, enabled only in a dev-tier config. A project now opts in via its development-tier config instead of opting out via production config — see the README's install step 10.
• Fixed a missing Acknowledgements entry in the README's table of contents.
