Fixes since 0.1.20.2: resurrecting deletions / duplicate scratchpads on sync, faster background sync, and (new) a self-triggering resync loop that could shred the Drive-synced file into conflict copies, automatic recovery from any such conflict copies, a cross-device write race that could drop another device's newest edits, and needless rewrite churn that starved cloud upload of a settle window.
