This is a big release as it updates OTSO to the latest version, which has updates that are quite important for the correct default determination of asymptotic directions and cutoff rigidities according to TSY89. Note that this means default running of AniMAIRE will now give different results to previously. Bear this in mind if you already have previous run results with AniMAIRE!
