Hi, then I think that this is definitely a bug 🤔. Sadly I can't reproduce it.
Is there any specific order in which you review a note?

Are you on mobile?
Do you have a lot of notes with the review tag, so that the opening of the menu just slows down?

FWIW, I have never seen the 3 dots, neither on mobile (iOS 15, very old phone) nor on desktop (macOS 12 and 15). I manage by using the keyboard quick commands.

Hm, that is really odd, because I use the menu component that is provided by obsidian itself and don't have much custom code there 🤔.
Does the newly introduced menu button in the card review view work/show up for you?

Maybe I could integrate the rating buttons better in the ui, so that the menu button isn't needed. In general I am going to improve on that note review feature in soonish, because for now it is a bit rough under the hood and not that well integrated 😅

Fresh user of your plugin, so I'm not sure what "newly introduced" means :) If you mean the three dots in the modal dialog that has "Jump to card" and "View card info" then yes, never had a problem with this button.

Alright, then I'll have another look at it before the next release and really clean up that part of the code 😇
