In https://github.com/stac-utils/stac-rs/pull/624 we pinned to v1.1.1 to keep the arrows in-sync, since **duckdb** v1.2.0 goes up to arrow v54. Once **geoarrow** releases w/ arrow v54 we can un-pin.
