This is used for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
This file is necessary for kayobe-automation.
kayobe-automation prefers to have kayobe installed via requirements.txt
in kayobe-config.

For now we're just installing the stackhpc/wallaby branch of the
StackHPC fork of kayobe.
These came in with the Rocky Linux backport, but without the accompanying support in Kayobe.
* add a workflow to build the kayobe-automation image

  The image is published on Google packages.

* add a workflow to run an all-in-one test

* call both workflows for PR events
Remove unsupported variables from overcloud-dib.yml
This reverts commit df1721e.

The necessary code has been backported to Kayobe in
stackhpc/kayobe#23
Revert "Remove unsupported variables from overcloud-dib.yml"
These include the new Ubuntu focal repo in Ark, which includes the
focal-security distribution.
