Stackl-agent connection via ingress

# Description of feature 

Stackl-agents connect via a nodeport to stackl. Agents should be able to connect to stackl using an ingress instead of having to use a nodeport service.

# Purpose of this new feature

Easier installation of stackl-agents. No need to create a nodeport service for agents to connect to.
