Pull Request Overview
This PR adds a new GitHub Actions workflow to perform build checks on the application. The workflow runs on all branches for both push and pull request events.
- Introduces a new build workflow that validates the application can be built successfully
- Uses the existing setup action and runs
pnpm buildcommand - Follows the same structure as existing lint and test workflows
