Version command in release binaries showing "dev"

thv version is returning dev on the released binaries. I tried both the tarball from GitHub and Homebrew:

$ thv version
ToolHive dev

The homebrew version is still reporting "dev" for me - but I know it's running the new version because the update check is there and the commit SHA matches the v0.0.10 tag:

OK it's not just the Homebrew version, I downloaded the binaries from v0.0.8, v0.0.9, and v0.0.10 - v0.0.8 correctly shows the version, but the fix regressed in v0.0.9.
