Referenced Servers not set on MCPExternalAuthConfig CR Status #2641
Description
Whilst porting the e2e tests for the MCPExternalAuthConfig to integration tests, when adding a reference servers assertions, it failed. We need to figure out why the referenced servers aren't being referenced on the MCPExternalAuthConfig CR Status. We have commented out the It() step for CI to pass, but we should uncomment it as fix the underlying issue as part of this issue.
