Display the testnet status #61
Description
We have a status checker in place (returns a JSON). It would be great to have a command to retrieve the testnet status. That would help developers understand where an issue might be coming from (input, cli, deps, or the testnet in that case).
With the capability for status retrieval, we could also add checks for commands that require the testnet to proactively uncover issues and let the developer know
