Relay append to user's sent mail?

I am using Stalwart to (amongst other things) act as a SMTP relay for my Zammad ticketing system.

If I reply to a ticket within Zammad, it uses Stalwart to email the reply to the customer. That much is good.

However, a copy of that reply isn't added to the sent folder of, for example, support@xyz.com in Stalwart.

What would be the best way to do that please?

Your client needs to take care of adding your replies to the Sent folder. This is not done automatically by mail servers.

Turns out there are at least two ways to do this.

The first is at the Stalwart end only: https://www.nite07.com/en/posts/stalwart-save-sent/

The second uses Zammad's hidden system_bcc setting, plus a Stalwart Sieve script to move that mail to "Sent".

Either way you need to add a user script, which is painful with older Stalwart (not sure about now).
