Maybe better idea is to add custom role "Inactive" without permissions at all, and just give that role to user. |

Hi, I'm new to Stalwart and I have a question regarding account management.
Is it possible to disable an email account (for example, when an employee resigns) without deleting the user's existing mailbox data?
I would like to prevent login access while preserving all emails and account data.
When I disable all permissions for a user, the logs show that authentication from the mail client is still successful. However, the user is not able to perform any actions afterward.
Because of this, mail clients such as Foxmail continuously attempt to reconnect, which results in repeated connection attempts in the logs.
