markdown - visual glitches for code block the follows text without empty line

Describe the bug
The use of code blocks that are indented or immediately after text without a blank line cause visual glitches, like the lines are overlapping. Same thing can happen with list that contain code block

The glitch does not happen when there is an empty line between the text and the code block.

I tried to clear the cache and restart the application, but without success.

The glitch happens with the default zoom level.

To Reproduce

1. Create a new note using the Markdown editor

2. Enter the following text (sorry, I couldn't find how to escape markdown)
   
   textsample.md

3. Switch to preview mode

Expected behavior
The code block should render properly
