Pathfinder (Krisztian Kovacs):

Juno (Rodrigo Pino):

• Tendermint MVP completion status following mid-late July target
• Mainnet deployment readiness and any discovered issues
• Juno-Malachite interoperability testing coordination progress

Kasar Labs (Trantorian):

• Development resumption following ETHCC and team coordination
• v0.14.0 sync support implementation progress
• Cairo Native and Blockifier integration final status

Reasoning: Each team had specific commitments in Call #30 that directly impact mainnet readiness. Focus on completion status and any blockers rather than re-discussing implementation details.

2. Starknet v0.14.0 Testnet Assessment - 8 Days Post-Launch (Leonardo Lerer)

• Testnet performance evaluation and network stability since July 9th deployment
• Critical issues resolution including pre-confirmed block state validation with DEPLOY_ACCOUNT transactions
• Infrastructure migration progress and decentralized gateway transition impact
• Mainnet readiness confidence for July 28th deployment timeline
• Critical blocker assessment based on testnet performance and bug resolution
• Ecosystem readiness validation with RPC providers and partners
• Final timeline confirmation for July 28th mainnet deployment

Reasoning: With 8 days of testnet operation, we need assessment of performance and critical issues before mainnet decision. Leo can also clarify the complete context of infrastructure changes and their implications.

3. Infrastructure Migration & P2P Updates (Shahak Shama)

• DNS infrastructure transition coordination and service scaling timeline
• P2P specification enhancements (pre-send feature) and client integration
• v0.15 P2P update - decentralized validation with authentication mechanism for consensus network
• Ecosystem coordination requirements for smooth service transition
