Retested and adjusted Arduino examples.
Fully tested and adjusted Raspberry Pi C++ examples, including crc8 feature. Previous upload was pretty much a sketch.

Errata on the servo firmware: 
CURRENT_VELOCITY register on Version 1 returns the wrong value. Version 2 has this fixed on new boards.
