This adds a file
config.dist.phpwith dummy values for the configuration.The configuration itself has to be done in a copy of that file (
config.php).The
config.phpfile is added to.gitignore, so it can not accidentliy getpushed to the repository.
The new procedure of copying the config file is described in the README.md.
