v1.0.1 - Increased Expiration checks

For extra certainty, I have added expirations and checks on the inner time to live on the redis server side.

This will decrease possible race conditions.

Note that the inner limit should be increased from it's default value to work properly. This is mainly due to the connection overhead to the redis server.
