[6.0] Validate whether groups should be added to controls

In ondevice-knobs it was possible to group knobs together based on a group id. Since the knobs code was mostly re-used for controls it would be relatively easy to add this feature back in for controls. The idea with this issue is to figure out if that makes sense and validate if the web storybook has groups for controls.

Based on this then either implement the groups feature or remove all references to groups if its deemed to be unnecessary.
