Install issues - can't find a solution #1277

Hi all

Long shot, to see if someone has encountered this before and knows the solution.
I've been trying a couple things now, including re-installing my python and xcode on Mac (Tahoe) without any success.. The pip install command errors out with the below output.

Help much appreciated, and if you're at Re:invent this week I buy you a drink.
