Description

Customer requests to add additional attributes (gen_ai.tool.description, and gen_ai.tool.json_schema) in order to identify if the tool is selected correctly.

Therefore added the attributes based on the otel conventions. https://opentelemetry.io/docs/specs/semconv/registry/attributes/gen-ai/#gen-ai-tool-description
