[Request]: FAQ addition as to why Strapi can't be ran in some serverless environments

Summary

Strapi cannot be ran (reliably with a decent amount of performance) in Lambda-type function environments such as Vercel, Netlify, or AWS Lambda.

Why is it needed?

Many people, both in the community, and as enterprise customers/trial users ask questions on hosting in these environments.

Suggested solution(s)

Document why Strapi does not work in these environments, mainly references to "cold boot" times and performance.

This should be fixed with PR #959, waiting for support and tech writing validation. :-)
