make sure the size of your image is the same as the existing one (434px x 120px).

Actual size is: 1138 x 302

Sorry for not replying earlier, we unfortunately didn't have time to focus on issues before now.

The documentation regarding logo customisation has been rewritten and updated for Strapi v4, and should be deployed soon (see #855). It includes correct information about logo image size. I will therefore mark this issue as closed.

If it has not already been done, and especially since we are no longer maintaining the Strapi v3 documentation (see Security file for more information), we would suggest to use the various migration resources below to upgrade projects from Strapi v3 to Strapi v4:

• Code Migration Guide and/or Codemods project
• Data Migration Guide and/or Data Migration Scripts
• Plugin Migration Guide
