[Request]: access to knex functions

Summary

in v3 it was possible to use

const knex = strapi.connections.default;

is this still available?

Why is it needed?

I want to migrate to v4, but I need to have some custom queries and can't find anything related to this topic on the new documentation.

I found a way to do it

const knex = strapi.db.connection;

would be nice to add it to the docs

I've just created PR #953 which should answer your need, and will close the issue as soon as the PR is merged.
