Only 6 core skills are installed by default (onboard, explore, propose,
apply, specs-compact, archive). The remaining 7 optional skills can be
enabled via the new `extra_skills` field in llmanspec config.yaml.

Also exclude auto-generated schema files from end-of-file-fixer to avoid
hook conflict with schema-generate.
