Copy Kinesis KPL 1.0.4 binary into the image

Motivation & Modifications

To support AWS Kinesis Producer Library (KPL) 1.0, it's necessary to also copy the 1.0.4 native binary into the image and set the PULSAR_IO_KINESIS_KPL_1_0_PATH environment variable.
On Pulsar side this depends on these PRs:

• [improve][io] Upgrade AWS SDK v1 & v2, Kinesis KPL and KPC versions apache/pulsar#24661
• [improve][io] Support specifying Kinesis KPL native binary path with 1.0 version specific path apache/pulsar#24669

Verifying this change
