Can't find a good app to make re-useable checklists instead of a generic to-do list, so will try to make one myself.

To Do

Edit button: show/hide editing controls
Delete button: deletes item
Add button: Adds item
Move button: move item - must be touch and keyboard friendly
Change Add li to div
