Is `tailspin` a replacement for `tail`?

Oh, I'm actually not familiar enough with either tool to be answer whether tailspin is a drop-in replacement. Maybe others can weigh-in?

Unfortenatly, tailspin is not a drop-in replacement for tail.

That is very disappointing ngl, if there is also a list of non-bash "Rust this not that" It would be great
