This PR changes the nugget build process to include the DLLs for SixLabors.fonts and SixLabors.ImageSharp in the package.
Fixes #90
Without this, the package is assumed to depend on the nugget packages for SixLabors with version >= the version of the PdfSharpCore nugget, these packages do not exist and the PdfSharpCore nugget would not be installed.
