upgrade webpack to 4.x
add webpack-cli (I guess this is necessary now)
change from awesome-typescript-loader to ts-loader
upgrade a couple other packages

Loading

browser.js bundle went down from 16K to 12K
production build is about 2.5s
watch mode is working and probably could work with nodemon for instant refresh
- maybe it's time to finally solve Is there a way to run everything in watch mode? #8
