The Video screen lets you browse and play video files from your local media folders. Video folders are configured under Picture and Video Folders in Player Settings.
Navigate to a file or folder and press Ctrl-P / Play to start playback.

Play All on the [..] (up one level) item starts with the least recently watched file in that directory, or the oldest file if none have been watched.
