just saying: Tangent keeps proving to be excellent

hi,

I just thought I'd tell you how excellent Tangent proves to be on the daily basis :)
excellent: excelling from among others!

I'm writing in LO Writer, and I need to take notes parallel with that...
and I'd like these notes to look good and be accessible easily, and stuff like that...
namely: to work well in a simple workflow..

I wanted to add just one note... I mean, to start a note which I'd use...
and did that with all the 6-7 favorite MD editors I have at hand!

No, I didn't try each, didn't even compare any of them to the others...

I just picked one, started to use it, and only tried another one when I bumped into a wall... of some sort...

Since I know Tangent the most, I left it for the end...

Anyway...
in just 30 minutes, I closed all 5-6 editors.... for this or that reason...

and finally I opened Tangent... which felt like a breeze :)
Everything is in place ! :)

Notes (documents) can be edited while viewed in real time...
opening another file or creating one is no hassle....
having multiple files open at the same time is no problem, either (this was the last wall I bumped into with another editor, I opened a file and the other got closed).

Tangent works so well! In the long run!
All the time you had spent with it before you published it can be felt...

So, once again, thank you -- and congratulations to this organic piece of software application! :)

I absolutely concur with this.

My epiphany occurred when I just opened a copy of my Obsidian folder directly in Tangent and everything was just there and working. Wow.

For what it's worth, there should be no need to make a copy! Tangent and Obsidian should be able to work side-by-side in the same workspace.

Great to know. I suspected that, but didn't want to rush into anything. :-)
